So many clients tell us about their yo-yo dieting and regular trips to Weightwatchers and Slimming World, that we’re actually so excited about our new addition to the Clinic to help them ‘kick the habit’. We have a wonderful, highly respected and very experienced practitioner who is partnering with us for mindfulness, healing and hypnotherapy. It’s very unusual to meet somebody where you feel peaceful in their presence and that was how I felt when I met Pauline. She’s an expert at getting to the root of our habits to understand why we eat when we do. Sound interesting, want to know more? Call with an open mind, no obligation 02392382000 or to find out more …
Hypnotherapy is safe, gentle, promotes positive thoughts and behaviour. Gently heals emotions.
Hypnotherapy has been approved for use by the British Medical Association for more than 40 years. It’s a form of therapy which enables you to enlist the help of your conscious and unconscious/subconscious mind. The emphasis is goal orientated, and allows you to focus your attention internally, reaccessing resources, and creating new associations, patterns of thinking and behaving.
In a nutshell hypnotherapy can generally help with any problem where you can’t help yourself doing or thinking something that you don’t want, or not being able to do something that you want to do, or where you are suffering emotionally in some way. Some physical problems too can be treated effectively by hypnotherapy.
