I am asked this question so many times a week but it is about personal choice.  The choices are silicone gel, saline or your own body fat transferred from another area!  Great, I hear you say.  Yes, you get double the benefit!   It is important to have a proper consultation with the surgeon who’s going to carry out the operation so just make sure that when you book to see somebody, you are seeing the person who’s going to be in the operating theatre with you!
